Upper Reach Spa Cottage, hotel in Henley Brook

Located in Henley Brook in the Western Australia Region, this detached villa is 14 mi from Perth. The cottage features a 20-acre vineyard. Guests benefit from patio.

Amazing property, the photos on Booking.com don't do it justice. Facilities are also better than those listed. Would recommend. The restaurant at the end of the drive was a bonus as was Indie the dog roaming the grounds.

    Was horrible!

Was horrible! The staff couldn't help family that were there for a wedding. They paid in full months ago to have it cancelled on them to then pay more for another room . Was shocked at the mess under the bed ect dust , old foam bits . They put two single beds together and we kept rolling to the middle, lumpy pillows. Spa bath was broken! No soap to was ourselves! Loo was broken where the lid connects! Real crap for the $250 we paid for it . Lucky we only needed it to sleep in . Won't be staying again and telling others to avoid it 😡

Tara, the host was just a delight to deal with. She was super helpful, friendly and had great insight to the beautiful Swan Valley. The Chalet was perfect for our stay and very quiet and peaceful. Just loved every minute of our stay there and I would definately return there next time we are in W.A.

The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family close by, it is a distance from the airport, so a vehicle was really useful. We stayed at Swan Valley Sisters who operate a small morning market/cafe and so coffee and toasties can be purchased if required. Toasties were delicious.

Plenty to see nearby, Food venues everywhere, well placed to scenic attractions within a short distance. Visitor's should be aware that the venue is situated along a very busy road, children especially to be aware, though no traffic noise in the rooms. Very generous meals portion size with the meals typical of friendly country folk

Henley Brook is at the north end of the valley, perfect for visiting all the various places, whether you are a foodie, a wine or a beer buff. We had lunch at the Henley Brook pub, quality food at reasonable prices.

Disappointed that we couldn’t get a restaurant open after 8.30pm on Saturday night!!!! Had to Uber into Guildford (40 dollars) and was lucky enough to jag a Thai place. Really disappointed as we were looking forward to a lovely dinner in one of the lovely establishments in the Valley. However very lively in the day time.
