The studio itself was clean and we enjoyed the spa. The area around the facility is dirty lot of people live in these units and lots of smoke butts and rubbish in garden. There were homeless pple camped under the public parking area who made a lot of noise on one of the nights.. The instructions to retrieve the fob key lacked pictures and good instruction we only managed to get into the unit because front security gate had a stick jambed in the lock. The owner or careraker did finally clear up the instructions for the fob key. This was actually to park the car underneath in secure parking we ended up parking on the street. Would also need the key to normally get in the security gate. Not to bad for price in comparison to others in area.

Location great. Overall it was good for a short stay. I think if longer would be frustrating due to lack of facilities.Two bathrooms a bonus.
I live in Geelong . I'm on Holidays. A friend of mine moved from Geelong to Hastings over 20 years ago. I caught the Ferry over ther, enjoyed the Drive to Frankston and caught up with my friend. The Motel was ideally situated. We had Tea at the Somerville Hotel. The way back to Geelong early on Sunday Morning was very easy. There was hardly any traffic

The beaches, especially the shallow beaches are perfect for younger kids. There are several really good/large playgrounds for kids in or close to Frankston. Plenty of good restaurants to choose from as well

I will always book a Quest apartment as they definitely have a standard. They have great space in their rooms, I usually book a one bedroom apartment as the lounge and dining is separate to the bedroom and bathroom. There is always a kitchen or kitchenette. Very happy with Quest on the Bay. The room was great however, the microwave needed replacing.

Very good shopping in the vicinity. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only slight negative was having to climb stairs to the top level apartments (no elevators/lifts) but overall wasn't a major inconvenience (for us). The pool was adequate and the kids enjoyed having a good splash.
We would recommend Quest Franskton for families looking for a self contained apartment(s).

We got in late into Frankston for our function at the Cheeky Squire so didn't have a great opportunity to look around.
The Cheeky Squire itself is a wonderful place to stay. On the water, great restaurant with great food and drink.
Clean and comfy rooms with everything you need. Can even take souvenirs. Oh and the mini bar is complementary. How good is that.

Receptionist at Frankston international hotel is above and beyond professional and friendly and helpful.
So was the lovely bar woman at the humdinger, good drinks and a good quick trip overall.
Busy location but easy enough
Everything was excellent. Service with a smile, fast and efficient. The room was spotless, the food was delicious and served in good time, still hot. We will certainly be back. I can't speak highly enough of the staff!!!!
Spacious ground floor apartment, central location in Frankston, closed to the beach and shopping area. Undercover parking.
The reception staff is very helpful and friendly. Warm beds and good aircon throughout the unit.
Overall great stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff member who greeted us had excellent customer service skills and a warm and friendly demeanour.
