The staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating at all times of the day. Breakfast was delicious and the airport shuttle bus made it very convenient for us as we were travelling with an infant. Will definitely stay again when transiting through Melbourne.

Comfortable beds, spacious room, good location, friendly staff and value for money. I also liked the in-room Chromecast option. Good showers. There is also a little kitchenette, with washing machine/dryer, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, etc. so you can have a little snack or breakfast. This place is also walking distance to Aldi and Foodworks, so it's quite convenient. Totally recommend this place if you're here for long stay in Melbourne because it's basically a little apartment and a home away from home. It's about 15 mins walk to QV market free tram zone, and located in a rather quiet area of Melbourne.
