The instructions given by Lily were easy to undersand. The room was a good size, clean, quiet and had everything that you could need. I arrived late and did not have time to buy food for breakfast so I was very grateful to find some cereal in the cupboard (plus some snacks).

The staff gave instructions for late check in along with turning the heater on.
