This is an historic pub with basic rooms upstairs. The rooms are very clean, the four pillows very comfortable as is the bed. There’s a small bedside table, a lamp anda double PowerPoint, and a cheap frame to hang your clothes. There isn’t a mirror or painting on the walls. But it’s clean and you can open the window.

Its proximity to the trail head, and the town. It was spacious and could easily fit more than our family of 4. This was really well thought out and accommodates Mtn bikers well. I suspect it was built by a plumber with 3 toilets, 2 showers and gas bbq & stove piped!

Beautiful, spacious and gorgeously decorated. We loved the vinyl record player. The town is super sleepy so eat dinner or have food ready. Great location and AMAZING breaky so yum
Best little holiday town in Tassie. Friendly, happy welcoming vibe. And of course the mountain biking is excellent. Nice cafes. Hire facilities. Shuttle to top of mountains. Best little pub too - the Dorset.

This farmhouse is fabulous if you like being away from it all. A short drive into two towns with food and other facilities.
The house has everything you need however the double bed was a little short for my tall husband.

it was very clean, tidy & spacious. the location was great, the working farm at the end of the driveway provided lots of entertainment for our son. it was a 10 min drive to Derby. the beds were very comfortable. we would stay here again
