The Island Sanctuary was a fabulous pocket of nature with old growth trees and plenty of interesting birds. A real natural environment within the boundary of the town. The history of the long paddock for cattle migration in the 1800's is fascinating.

Take time to walk around town, I was lucky to be there on a market weekend and I came across he market in Waring Gardens. There are a number of cafes and bakeries - I had breakfast at the Deniliquin Bakery and I can recommend their pastries. There is a mural on the water tower at the corner of Russell Street and Whitelock Street. Deniliquin is a very friendly town.

    A really pleasant town.

A really pleasant town. Absolutely fabulous parks along the lagoon - the main town park is exceptional. A compact shopping area with some interesting heritage buildings, especially the imposing courthouse and superb 1876 Presbyterian church. The Depot motoring museum and adjacent 50s style diner were excellent. Riverside walks and the river beach are added attractions. Highly recommended for a two or three day stay.

The family villa was very well equipped and beautifully presented, so much for kids to do, bmx track jumping pillow basketball court tennis court 2 pools one heated to 30 degrees, heated splash park and water slide, free mini golf, for hire pedal cars and pontoon, beautiful clean grounds, public showers toilets and laundry ( pay as you go) The caravan sites were huge, camp kitchen, and they are building a flying fox and more villas and glamping tents- what is not to like here

Always enjoy our trips to Deni especially around ute muster time. Beautiful country town. Lovely townspeople and quick drive to echuca without having to stay in town or in the cluster of Melbourne. Super easy to get around, most places are in walking distance.

    I enjoy going to Deniliquin.

I enjoy going to Deniliquin. It is a quiet country town, but it has enough shops to keep us amused. It has a Coles Supermarket and a Bakers Delight next door to each other. There are at least two Clubs where you can get meals and access the Poker Machines if you wish. We always stop at Mathoura on the way up or back for a meal at their Bowling Club. There is a delightful Chinese Restaurant that we always have a meal at. Nice coffee shop in the main street. A nice park to have a walk in. It is ideal for a pair of 64 year olds taking a short break

This is a holiday resort worth considering when visiting Deniliquin and I will definitely stay here again for a longer time if it is not booked out. Facilities are comprehensive, very well-maintained and include a riverside playing area. Cabins are immaculately presented and are homely and quiet. Reception staff are professional and made us feel really welcome with their friendly and helpful manner. I only wish I could have stayed for several more days as there is a lot to enjoy at this holiday resort.

Very cosy cottage, great place to stay in Deni! The host greeted us on arrival and showed us around the cottage, he had arranged for complimentary port, a cheese platter and cooked breakfast ingredients, which made our stay even more comfortable! The cottage has everything you need for cooking, and the usual hotel comforts, such as bath robes, spa bath, iron... etc. The main house is also on a river and has a nice seating area for relaxing. Would highly recommend :)

This is our second stay at Centrepoint Deniliquin and I would have to say the manager and staff are very good and very friendly and accommodating. Location is excellent as walking distance to shops and eateries. Room was very clean and the attention to details of the little comfort items is fantastic. Would highly recommend this place.

Great location in Deniliquin close to the RSL and the Exchange Hotel for dinner. The room was very comfortable and a generous size and was spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee, microwave, small fridge and toaster supplied. A very quiet air conditioner. Bathroom was a good size and again spotlessly clean. I would stay again.

Deniliquin is an interesting place. Only had one night so unable to take in all that the area had to offer. The room was excellent, everything we needed for the one night, and certainly would suit a longer stay.
