Clean, tidy , conviennent location, only a few minutes drive to main Street , reasonably priced , able to get meals at the hotel when relatives joined us (thé crispy skinned barra with veg was very nice) ; had a modern renovated feel about it ; great comfy beds; was quiet overnight ; easy walking to local IGA and other shops; and able to borrow an iron ; shared bathroom and kitchenette worked well ; was able to park out the back ; Manager was accommodating ;

The bed was especially comfortable, which is probably the most important issue for me. The room was very clean and the layout of it was good. And the very handy restaurant still has excellent food, which is another selling point for me.

Lots of attention to little things- for the first time in 20 years of travelling a motel provides a water filling jug for the kettle. THAT little thought for the guest goes a very long way. I am impressed. Also, travelling with an oversized vehicle the staff assisted with parking on site. Again, high care factor.
