Loved this unique and quaint glamping place. Owner 'Chook' was very welcoming and warm. It was such a novelty staying in a dome tent similar to the Mongolian tents but with all the comforts of a modern bathroom and toilet, and modern heating! As we came in July, it was freezing cold. Thank goodness for the electric blankets. And yet because we came in winter, the early morning frost and sunrise was amazing! The beautiful shots were well worth the possibility of being frost bitten! The friendly animals added a lovely touch to the farm. And the location is right within the Clare Valley wineries.
Providing quiet street views, Clare Hillside Apartments in Clare offers accommodations and a garden. This condo hotel provides air-conditioned accommodations with a patio.

It is a nice historic town and the centre of a quality wine region - we loved Sevenhills. The town has everything you need with lots of individual restaurants and cafes. Tourist information were very helpful.

The Reisling Trail is phenomenal- full marks to the community of Clare!!😀 My husband is a rail enthusiast and enjoyed reading the history along the walk! Our accommodation at Clare Country Club was great! The Bakery in the main street sells the best pies, pasties and sausage rolls we've tasted - well done😀 The Old Station Master's house and the statue of Monica McInerney as a child. sitting on her rooftop reading! Such interesting history!!

Thoroughly enjoyed hitting bikes and doing the Riesling Trial and had a wonder lunch at Slate restaurant and at O’Leary Walker winery.
Visiting Crabtree winery and having a bottle of Riesling with the group with a wonderful view was magic. The service at Crabtree was exceptional and I love my glass cloth!

Clare is less touristy than Barrossa and all wineries are very close to each other. Rent a bike and cycle down the Reisling Trail is a great way to explore the area and have wine-tasting along the trail.

We had a great experience at Clare country club! We weren’t really sure what we were going to get as some country clubs can be rather outdated… But this one was a welcome surprise!
The room we were in looked newly in renovated and the pool was excellent!
Even the dinner and food was delicious and the 4 till 6 pm happy hour was a bonus!
We will be back
