We have stayed here before a couple of years ago with a large couple of family over 20 people this time around same thing we booked a couple of apartments . The property is in a nice location, good facilities, decent breakfast buffet and holiday activities for kids were good. It is a decent stay however quality has dropped.

Unexpected last minute pitstop... pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and convenient it was. Friendly staff. Very comfortable beds, clean, working AC and ceiling fan. Reasonable water pressure. Charging station shelf by the door is a great idea and also saw electric car chargers available. Nothing fancy but it all works well and very practical.

The gas bbq had no gas in the two gas bottles that were there.
There was not enough kitchen cups and glasses and mugs.
The bathroom locked itself and we almost couldn’t get in.

The 5th bedroom/garage is an unfinished space that is too cold to sleep in, unlined and gaps in walls so the cold air and spiders came in.
Enquired about a heater as they only provided a fan heater that would heat the space. Could not use the beds out there as it was way too cold to sleep out there.
No hot water on the first night due to the house flooding the previous week.
No response when asked about a better heater so we could use the 5th bedroom/ garage.
Disappointed considering the amount we paid for 4nights was $2700 for 9 people.
