We came to visit family in the area so can't comment on the location however the rooms were light and bright makes the rooms much bigger than it seems and it's modern and beds were comfortable.
The staff were so friendly I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

It was basic but that's what was expected. Roomy, very clean and the the bed was comfortable and had clean comfortable bedding. Heater and lighting was on when we arrived late in the evening so very welcoming.
Tea coffee and basic cereal options in the room. Microwave and toaster and kettle fridge of course with a long kitchen bench so very practical.
I was expecting more tired but very fresh. Well worth it for a night or two.
