Our bedroom is comfortable and has been carefully prepared by the lovely staff for our evening arrival. The surrounding is picturesque. The cafe has delicious breakfast set within a cute building. We really enjoyed our stay. It is a great place to spend a night travelling between ACT and Sydney.

Bundanoon is a small village with a surprising number of good cafes and restaurants for meals. Old world charm.
Morton National Park is close by for walking, picnics, birdwatching and spectacular views. Wattle and wildflowers flowering in winter were glorious.

Bundanoon has a pleasant village atmosphere and the locals are helpful and friendly. It helps if you like trains as they are in plentiful supply but generally add to the atmosphere and the history of this community.
The pub is worth a visit, carefully cross the railway lines, and they offer good meals, we found the smoked trout excellent.

Autumn was fantastic, with burn orange leaves everywhere you look.
Weather was perfect, with cool windless days, with perfect blue sky's.

Bundanoon was a very relaxing place to explore a few of the waterfalls and hikes in the area by day and then have a relaxing meal and drink at night - the perfect end to a long drive. Bundanoon is a nice, green town with some nice national parks and hikes in the area such as Fairy Bower Falls hike and Grand Canyon Lookout in Morton National Park.
We chose this historic hotel adjacent to the Bundanoon railway station as a two day getaway from Canberra (travelling by train) to enjoy my birthday. Our stay at the Bundanoon Hotel met all expectations in a comfortable historic location (a clean queen-bedded room with ensuite bathroom) friendly staff and delicious evening meal in the dining room. Also close walking distance to several delightful cafes in the Bundanoon village. We rated our two day visit as excellent and would happily stay again at the charming Bundanoon Hotel.
The most beautiful scenic location that felt secluded but was only a 2-3 min drive from the main part of town. The owners were the most delightful, kind and welcoming couple and it felt as though we were all good friends. They continually endeavoured to make our stay perfect, lighting us a beautiful fire in the living area and offering to make us hot drinks- definitely more personable than any hotel experience.

It was our first trip to Bundanoon and we were very satisfied with our hotel owner Ruth who cooked all our breakfast with lovely food. Hotel was clean, away from the railway line and yet close to town centre. Our rooms were big and comfortable.
Friendly and helpful owners. Delicious full breakfast. Beautifully heated bedrooms and communal lounge areas. Very comfortable accommodation and nearby to a convenient selection of restaurants in Bundanoon village.
