The apartment was airy and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The sun streams in each morning which is lovely and the view across the park is very relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of cutlery and crockery and little extras like ziplock bags and Himalayan salt and pepper. All the appliances work well. There is a smart TV in the living room and the wifi works well. Each apartment has it's own lockable garage with storage for gear so you don't have to lug it up to the apartment. The bathroom was very clean and modern. There's a seperate shower and bath. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
Getting into the apartment was quite a challenge for me - I was very tired and grumpy after a day of travel and it was quite dark where the lock boxes are located and difficult to see numbers. The after hours number was answered promptly and the lady on duty was very calm, patient and helpful and knew the apartment and location of lockboxes and doors so I was soon sorted.
It was a welcoming touch to have some lights on and music playing in the apartment when I arrived.

Check in was so easy. The service recieved at check in was exceptional. I can't recall the lady's name who checked me in but she was so friendly, so welcoming. I felt immediately relieved that I had made the right choice by staying there. The location is brilliant. The beach is literally 1 min away. The shopping centre is 1 minute away. The pool was clean, the facilities were clean. Everything was accessible. The rooms were spacious.

I with my son planned to stay in Buddina for 12 days, but by arrived we realized that we can't sleep there. The sofa is not suitable for sleep of adult at all and the double bad resides under the light shines through the roof without any option ti shade! The room with sofa is too small, that after you open it , you can't you the announsed kitchen neither to sit at the table.
We were not able to find plase for our suitcases, because the wardrobe was full of host's locked storage. We left the property on the same day however the host said that she is willing to return only 50% and in addition will take a cleaning fee.
By checking my credit card fees I recognized that the host charged 100% of the cost before our arrived!
The host manages many propertis via BOOKING

We loved the view and how close it was to restaurants, cafes and the shopping centre. The beach and additional walking tracks were nearly. The owner took care to write in a booklet, all the information you could want to enjoy our stay.

We have not previously stayed in Buddina area but were really happy with how central it was to so many great beaches, tours and other points of interest available. The Seafood cruise we did from Mooloolaba was really excellent value and Kawana Surf club a good spot locally. Also Kawana Waters Saturday market really worth a visit! The area is extremely well supplied with shops and some fantastic Fruit, Vege, Meat and Seafood nearby.

A lovely place, between a shopping centre and the beach. We only stayed for the weekend but enjoyed both the pool and tennis court. The apartment was very spacious with comfy beds and a great ambiance in the building.

Initial confirmation from booking.com included photos of a different 3 bedroom apartment (wall colour, furniture and patio with views of ocean) but when we were given main floor 3 bedroom apartment. The configuration of the apartment was quite different compared to the photos on the booking confirmation. Not impressed with cleanliness of the apartment provided (disappointing considering the price we paid). Otherwise, the location and proximity to the beach was great.
The house was incredibly well equipped with everything a family might require to cook, relax and live for a few days if not weeks. A lot of thought had been placed w.r.t the kitchen utensils in particular. Comfy beds. Excellent location near major shopping area (Kawana) for groceries. Buddina is central enough with a car to make commute to beaches, Australia Zoo etc easy enough. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again.
