Great amenities for the family, with an on site care taker to welcome us and help with things.
We celebrated Christmas week at Adina amongst the kookaburras, beautiful trees, fairy lights and other lovely guests. We have never gone away at Christmas before but we will be back.
Beds were absolutely excellent, as was the small kitchen. We were able to cook a Christmas lunch and dinner no problem!

Bright is a very beautiful part of Victoria.
Bright is a very beautiful part of Victoria. Having gone during peak xmas season, it was too busy for my liking. Driving into town was quite painful at times, and difficult to find a car park. Every cafe/restaurant was either booked out, or had a line out the door. Not really my idea of a relaxing getaway. Would probably be much better off season. If crowds don't bother you, it's fine. Otherwise, beautiful place,

Also the cherry's from the lovely lady just out of town on the way to Mt Hotham, she has lots of fruit and nuts for sale. The Bakery is fantastic and its an easy drive to Lake Hume and Lake Catani for fishing.
Wandilagong cool store for all lovely apples, and jams, cider etc

The Bright Colonial Hotel far exceeded our expectations. Check in was easy and the manager walked us to our room where we set the security door pin code. The room was extremely comfortable, the bed was fantastic along with the bed linen. The room was very clean and included so many special touches like, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, milk, wardrobe space, breakfast bar, fluffy towels, soaps and body moisturisers. Large screen TV was a hit and the room airconditioner. Highly recommended
The location and cleanliness were highly rated. To give a higher rating i would recommend better pillows, they were awful. The shower needed looking at made an awful sound. As you cannot cook inroom not even toast, a discount at the hotels food options pub cafe and restaurant would be highly regarded. But i do recommend accommodation and would come back again.
Location was close enough to the centre of Bright and staff were super polite and happy to help out. The upgraded cabins were very nice and clean and well set out for the family, the two bathrooms was a real bonus.
