Have always enjoyed our visits to Bribie/Bongaree. Calm relaxed atmosphere, can relax and unwind without the stress of too many people or traffic. Food is great at the local RSL and the cafe's are excellent for breakfast/lunch options.

Large selection of cafes and shops that are a short walking distance. Wonderful beaches for swimming, fishing, and Kayaking. A great walk trail along the beach front. Lovely meals at both the Bowls Club and RSL.

There were many nearby places & activities of interest or plenty of inexpensive/low or no cost things to do. On our last night we were treated to an unexpectef firework display as we sat out on the deck. On other nights you could enjoy the colours of the sunset over the water.

This is a great location for attending any function at the Bribie RSL. Just 80 metres away from a great club. The main concerns were the lock key box which is far too low especially when trying to get the keys at night and the fact that the towels appeared to be used, were still wet and loosely hung over hand rails.
Bongaree itself is a very relaxing place to visit. Good fishing if you know where or have a boat.
