Cabin was unlocked when we arrived as per the email we'd received. Ken (host) introduced himself after we arrived & gave us some info regarding the snow that we didn't get from the Jindabyne information centre. Had some snacks provided by the hosts, a great stay.

They had the room ready and warm before we got there. He gave a brief of facilities available and gave us a warm welcome. Definitely will choose this place again as it was family friendly.

We loved being in the peaceful location of berridale. The properly looks out to rolling hills and paddocks. The hosts were excellent and Nic has clearly put a lot of thought into how they could make the place as comfortable as possible. From the house we walked through the town and visited Shut the Gate for a wine tasting and enjoyed the short walk back home. The kitchen was well stocked and our hosts even provided beautiful nibbles and sourdough for us on our arrival. It was the best little break from the city, highly recommend.
Great budget option for snow accommodation. Rooms were warm, showers hot, breakfast provided onsite at no extra cost and there is a good hotel bar too for a sneaky drink after a day on the slopes.
