Jen is very welcoming. Friendly, casual atmosphere. Park at the doorstep. Share the kitchen, lounge area and beautiful outside sitting area. Plenty to choose from for get your own breakfast. Our room was bright, spotless with comfortable bed, lovely ensuite bathroom, TV and plenty of room in the wardrobe. We walked to the bowling club for dinner. Great village shops are close. Best of all you are a short drive from the fabulous Glasshouse Mountains.

Title: Unacceptable Stay - Mouse sighted in toilet and Unbearable Odor Rating: 1/5 "We booked this house for a night, but unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to a mouse which we noticed in the toilet but what put us off was a putrid smell from a dead mouse. The condition of the rest of the house was reasonably clean, except for the kitchen floor which was dusty. We were told that there was parking on site - but did not know that we had to park our loaded trailer and car in the driveway and assumed the garage doors meant we would have secured parking - this was a bit misleading. Despite our efforts to address this with the owner, she refused to acknowledge the issue and take responsibility. Our main concern was the smell of a decaying mouse and this was overwhelming as we could not bring ourselves to eat there. We had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, which added to our stress and expenses. I would not recommend this property to anyone until the owner addresses these issues and takes necessary steps to ensure a clean and comfortable stay for guests. Booking.com, please take note of this issue and help resolve this matter
