My studio apartment had everything in it I could want. It was at the back of the building so had the rail line as a backdrop when sitting on the very spacious and enjoyable balcony but this added an extra 'in the city and near amenities' vibe. Sound from the rail line was evident but not a nuisance. I find the location of these apartments excellent - short walk to train station and cafes and shops on Church Road. Enjoyable.

The location was great! Close by to St Kilda which was nice to go to! The massage chair in the living space was a huge hit for the group that I traveled with! The hosts left us towels and little toiletries kits on the bed! very kind of them!

It is a nice little set up and the bed was comfortable. Would happily stay here again when travelling for work.
Freat location. Visited a reataurant approx. 10 mins. away by taxi.Then taxi back to motel.
The dining room menu looked great, but we had already booked in to other restaurant. Lobster Cave. Next time we will eat at motel restaurant.

Beaumaris is in a nice area next to the beach. I have lived in Black Rock next to Beaumaris. As I was on a business trip I did not concern my self with the holidays aspect of Beaumaris. Beaumaris is rather isolated from good shopping areas. Beaumaris Bay Motel is old with inadequate parking onsite and on the street parking. It is isolated from good shopping and eating facilities. I would not recommend the Motel for anyone.

This motel is well located in Beaumauris. It is close to bayside walks and also shops and restaurants are just around the corner. The motel itself could do with a facelift and replacement of some if it’s fittings but it was clean, the room was spacious, the staff welcoming and the price reasonable. The pizza place around the corner was good too!
We booked the hotel to be close to friends who live locally and it was perfect for our stay. The location is fantastic just off the coast road with lovely cafes and breakfast spots nearby. Convenient parking, quiet and friendly staff. I would definitely rate it for a short stay.
Good location, very friendly staff, and clean rooms. This is a solid hotel that does what it says on the can. Excellent value for money. We didn't eat in the restaurant but apparently the steaks are fabulous.
