The breakfast is good but not many varieties for that price.

The bar down below was our favorite, staff were super friendly especially the lady, manager too good. There are varieties of culturally diverse food we get to eat. Getting around Bankstown is super easy and accessible. We will definitely return.

Bankstown is a culturally diverse place. The new area in their local shopping centre is grand and there is easy access to buses and trains. Some parts can look a little rough during the day but as the day goes on it livens up.

I booked a hotel room and a Villa.
I booked a hotel room and a Villa. They were both beautiful and clean. The rooms had everything we needed for our stay, cooking pans, toaster, glasses, cups, plates, cutlery and milk, tea & coffee. We loved the location which was walking distance to the shopping centre, Hungry Jacks & McDonalds. I would certainly stay there again.

BED BUGS they even tried to fabricate a certificate that there were none, but I have the photos and I know 1000% that there are bed bugs. Its not the first time they have had this problem. I'm just shocked about all the lies.

Very accommodating staff, everything I asked for was given without any delay.
The location is great as its very close to the Bankstown sports, RSL many restaurants and the shopping mall, I would recommend to stay here if all you want is a central place to sleep in and plan on being out of the room majority of your trip, the room was very clean and we enjoyed it.

We looked around for an hour and a half for the address that...
We looked around for an hour and a half for the address that was given to us, we asked people on the street knocked on doors trying to find the address that was given to us to no avail because the address does not exist, we later found out that the right address is 713 Hume H’way.

Bathroom was absolutely HUGE. Hotel location above the Bankstown Hotel PUB (which incidentally has some very good value meals) was very close to the station. There are some Moslem shops and some boutique eateries on this side and lots of Vietnamese shops on the other side of the railway line 5 minutes away if you are so inclined.
Bankstown Central is a huge shopping centre about 300m down the road and has lots of selection for shopping bargain hunters.
The hotel was full with other people who were there to go to the Taylor Swift concert like us. Such a happy environment and it was fun talking to people and finding out where they have travelled from.
Also the breakfast was good.
Family room is very big. Bathroom also large and excellent water pressure in the shower.
Bistro at the hotel was handy with delicious meals. Parking was easy.
