There was plenty of space for my family of four. The beds were comfy with nice fresh linen, and the room was very clean.
Everything we needed for an overnight stay.

Everything! The tiny house is more spacious than we expected, and caters to your every need. Lots of space to relax and unwind on the property. Gorgeous views from bed, with an abundance of wildlife to enjoy. The bath was heavenly an experience I won’t forget for a long time to come, 10/10 wine (rose and Shiraz) and chocolate dipped strawberries topped off the night. Hosts, Kym and GB were so friendly and accommodating, they do an absolutely amazing job in creating such a magical space. Cant wait to go back when the weather is better to enjoy all they have to offer!

We travelled by car to Avoca and the scenery and roads were really good. Once in Avoca the one way street tripped us up in a country town. But the place exceeded our expectations, room for everyone to spread out. Kids loved the double bunk with single on top. The staff were very accommodating. Breakfast had everything we needed to start our day. Weren't quite sure about shower but it was better than it looked. Very hot water. Town had the usual couple of hotels with food which was delicious. We went to the Avoca Hotel and our teens enjoyed exploring the street. Really old buildings from the Gold rush days and a fitting memorial to our diggers. Enjoyed the time and will return one day!

Fantastic getaway country accommodation with relaxing gardens and patio deck that entices you to take in beautiful country scenery and serenity of abundant bird life. Walking distance to town, clubs and parks with plenty of options in Pyrenees Ranges of Vineyards, Sightseeing, Bushwalking activities. Absolute First Class Facility and Great Value. Do not usually post many reviews But Avoca Cottages is thoroughly worthy of praise.
When I arrived the motel was closed. I was told that it had been for some time. Please explain why I have been charged when the hotel was closed I have been inconvenience greatly and would like an immediate re-return of my outlay. Paid for another hotel in Avoca . Has been a screw up and I would like my money returned.
Very comfortable cottage for me and my kids. Perfect after a hike in the Grampians with spa bath and massage chair to soothe sore muscles. Great layout with cottages facing the river red gums and central deck area. Also recommend having a meal at Avoca hotel, delicious food!
A very comfortable stay, within easy walking distance to the Pyrenees Unearthed festival and the Main Street of Avoca. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and crockery.
