We were close to highway and beach but fairly quiet except near pool (winter was not an issue) and barbeque area that was well used by people during the night (a bit to noisy) or were they given dispensation as they appeared to be permanent residents.??? As noise was mentioned in the conditions of entry pamphlet as not being tolerated. Key could not lock sliding glass door and no key for security screen. They did not want to even to even get the sliding glass door fixed. We were given a key to the security sliding screen this was only ok as the conditions if entry pamphlet clearly stated there are thieves around around and guests are ultimately responsible to secure the property and look after there possessions (a bit hard don't you think).??? We returned at 4:30 friday to see staff and the office was closed but the sign said closed 5pm????? We attended approximately 12 noon Saturday and early Saturday morning at 7am as well, It was supposed to be open in morning but closed.?????. This is a very quiet location. We did not visit any of the shops in Arrawarra. Very tranquil and peaceful but as I said that was winter. Summer might be very different!! Myself and my son stayed in the "bilby" villa that could have accomodated 5 people really?????????? Anyone who's a parent put 3 kids in one room with a single bed an 2 seperate bunks where you can't extend your arms and turn around in a circle without hitting something.!!! We stayed in a Bilby villa very small they did not replace sheets or towels. Part of the blind was broken off in my room (privacy issue). A couple of bulbs were blown should have been replaced before we arrived. We were there 3 nights and 4 days but overall a quite relaxing stay thanks

Arrawarra has some great cafes for breakfast and the pub meals are exceptional. The beach is clean and tidy and the Surf Club cafe has a great outlook. The Sekh Temple was very interesting and provided a nice lunch. The museum was also very interesting.

It's a quiet place, but close enough to Coffs Harbour for shopping. The local eating places were all good, too. There's a nice right hander at the point for surfing, which is a short drive from the park.

Staff were rude and un trained.

Staff were rude and un trained. Was told we could book another night went for dinner organized kids and found the reception that was open till 11pm was closed. Under the impression that we were able to stay another night (that it was available) but un able to pay as reception was closed, went got some groceries (which later were thrown out as no esky). Did two loads of washing as we had come from a week on the gold coast only to find that the dryers didn't work. Got up at 9am as had a big day the day before went to pay and was told sorry we have no room available now (was told by cleaner later it was fully booked weeks a go. Then had 1/2 hour to pack wet clothes and three un feed kids in the car with no one able to even shower. Nice good good pool.
