The location was perfect. What surprised me was the pub downstairs was a pretty standard pub, but the upstairs rooms were well setup with a female touch. The common room was excellent for evening get together with friends.

Comfortable beds Clean but looked like maybe some mould in the old shower Maybe highlight a bit better that there’s no reception and that you’ll be giv n a code on the day- most people like me skip over the usual details expecting to just go to a reception area. No hassle once I realised and easily sorted when I rang the number bd spoke to someone. I think just highlighting that better would make the traveller less anxious on arrival. Otherwise good value. Maybe put some curtains up as you have to keep the Venetians closed as people walk by often meaning you have to keep the gentians closed.
