There was not breakfast; HOWEVER, lunch and dinner were superb. The restaurant out did itself in quality and preparation. In particular the steaks were fabulous. oRIGINALLY i DIDN'T LIKE THE IDEA OF SHARED BATHROOMS. The cleanliness and organisation of the bathrooms was pristine and well cared for.

Shannon at reception was just absolutely lovely. Made me feel very welcome. Upgraded for free without asking. Explained everything about my stay. And even came to the room to help me with the t.v. ( I couldn't cast my phone to it).

The choices for Continental breakfast were many, with five varieties of cereal, bread, butter, jams, and even baked beans.
Hosts had ensured accommodation was warm and inviting for our arrival. We met Jen & Digger the next morning and they were delightful to chat to. Unfortunately we were only able to stay one night as we were expected in Eden on Sunday. A longer visit is called for and Wynyardway will be the venue of choice.

Beautiful location with lovely views. Nice and quiet which made it very relaxing. Loved the breakfast hamper especially the trout!!

There is a very good cafe restaurant in Town (damn I forget the name) and a very authentic country pub serving giant steaks and veg. The town has some beautiful period buildings, and quite a bit of renovation happening.

Adelong is a quiet town, a one main street town, so this is not a place for travellers wanting a host of boutiques, shops and cafes etc. It is the rural beauty and the history of the old Adelong Gold mine that makes this small town so great. Close to other attractions like Tumut, Blowering Dam, Batlow and the Sugarpines Walk. Yarrongabilly Caves is a good day trip from here but worth it. But you need to find a great farm stay place to stay at and that help you make the most of feeling you are part of the countryside life in Adelong and surronunds.
