Regarding the rooms it's tough to rate the hotel- I have been there twice, the first room was a bit old, but very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The second room looked great, bathroom apparently freshly renovated, however, the bed was awfully soft and the room was quite noisy.
So it can go either way I guess.

This place is AMAZING! Words can’t describe the views here. Monica was a wonderful host. Her breakfasts were delicious . It was our favorite place in Austria. They have a worker there that works their farm we had so much fun with him. I’ve told everyone about this place . You must book it !
