The hospitality of the owners was exceptional—they made us feel right at home with their kindness and genuine care. The ambient was both cosy and warm, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay.
The location is perfect, just a short distance from the lifts (gondolas), making it incredibly convenient for skiing and exploring the area. They are incredibly kind and make you feel welcomed! Nice spa area. Food quality was excellent! Totally delicious! Just a short walking distance to Areit Xpress lift.
Upon arrival we were given keys to an appartment that had not been cleaned at all. Had to spend the night in another appartment and move the next day to the one we were originally given. Not a great start to a holiday! Apartment was new and nice but already after few weeks of use there was a lot of dust under the beds, so cleaning is not at the level it should be. Kids enjoyed the pool area. Hotel seemed to be fully booked but it was very peaceful and quiet, so we enjoyed that.

Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms, well-equipped kitchen. Lots of activities for children (game room, swimming pool). Washing machine and tumble dryer, detergent was offered by the hotel. Beautiful environment, hiking trails nearby.
