Excellent location, staff is super nice and attentive, great value when it comes to food and activities (our kids really liked the kids rooms and the clown who came to visit one day). The spa is very nice, we also had massages and were not disappointed. Great comfy rooms , beautiful views, super clean, everything you forgot home + more is in your bathroom package. Coffee/tea maker, some free cool beverages, daily chocolate "service".
Skiing? Put on your pre warmed ski boots, grab skis open the door of the ski room and you are 10m from the gate to a ski lift of the wonderful Obertauern resort. Tickets? They sell them at the reception.
Wellnesing? Lovely pool, 3 saunas, salt cave, outer jacuzzi (imagine snow flakes falling on your head while sitting in the hot tub. Magical.). Choice of tea, cold beverages for free. Fruits and nuts too. Fitness, massages, ..
Kids? Superb. Playstation room, animation programs for the youngest, family activities room (billiard, table tennis, calceto. Family hours in the wellness center including saunas.
Enjoy fine dining? Superb culinary 4 course menu paired with very good salads and cheese buffets. But what strikes your eyes and tongue is the heavenly deserts. And by the way, breakfast is equally superb.

Really close to Radstadt and to the nearby ski areas. Definitely, Haus Kaibling is the most convenient skiing area even for kids. Schladming, Obertauern, or Hochwurzen are the must!

We had a very pleasant stay. Cozy rooms with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very clean. Peace and quiet, you can relax after a day on the slopes. Breakfast very good. Lady owner very nice and helpful. For us it was important that the hotel is relatively close to Obertauern. I recommend !
We were satisfied with the accommodation. The room was spacious and comfortable, excellent cuisine and very nice staff. By ski bus directly from the hotel. We also took advantage of the walks in the area. We had a great rest.
