The restaurant! Amazing food! The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. She helped us changing the room to the ones that had AC, as we arrived here when the area is experiencing heat advisory.

Owner is very friendly and always tries to help you out and wait for you for your late arrival or send someone to welcome you. Rooms have quite romantic feeling all designed after Franz Jozef and his royal family. Breakfast is simple but good, always offering either a coffee or tea or depending what you prefer. No issue with invoicing or paying. Location is quiet.

Fantastic location! The place is beautiful. The restaurant is great.
The rooms are dirty, bed sheets dirty too, no towels, dust under bed, dont visit this hotel, better spend your money on a bit more expensive one than live in this hotel where they cant even change a bed sheets for a guest🫠
Excellet Hotel. Nice Rooms and Perfect Breakfast. I m very thanksfull to Mr. Leon Kaiser and Christoph to pick me up at Stockerau Railstation on Sunday, because no availabitily of taxis.
Everything was perfect. Hotel is clean, cosy and the stuff is very helpful. Free parking just in front of the hotel. Thank you for nice stay. I wish I had stayed longer.
