My son was sick and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. We received extra blankets and they make multiple telephone calls for us to help facilitate transportation, etc.

Wonderful stay. Some 5* hotels just want to be 5*, but this one really is. Room was spacious, breakfast wonderful with a lot of dark bread and tasty coffee which I appreciate, then the spa and of course majestic swimmingpool on a pond.

Friendly welcome in this cosy family-run hotel, felt right at home. Excellent food and friendly staff in the warm cosy atmosphere of the restaurant. Also enjoyed the wellness facilities and pool. Close to the skiing lift. Convenient shuttle to get there. Family was very helpful after a skiing accident last day and provided ice packs and helped with the doctor.
