Great Hotel with incredible friendly staff. Very close to the main ski lift in Serfaus, but at the same time a quiet location. The breakfast was also luxurious and a great way to start the day. Parking available at the hotel, so also a plus.

Serfaus is family-friendly but can also accommodate experienced skiers. Pistes are meticulously groomed every night for a perfectly smooth skiing experience. The domain is huge, spanning many ridges and intermediary valleys. It has high altitude, so the snow conditions are generally good.

I think Serfaus is one of vthe best destinations in Tyrol. It has great faciulities, its great for familioes with kids of any age. Lots of plygraunds with unusual feacures at almost every cable car station. Some of them are really huge surounded by beautiful nature, the bikepark and singletrails are great, one of the bests with varius levels of expertise, Entire family will find someting to enjoy!

If you want to have mountain view, call them as well. The nice view is from rooms not facing the street, but the back part. Off course you do see the mountains from every where, but from back side is the most beautiful view.

Great extent of skiing and well organised lift system and the underground up the Main Street is a real bonus - hardly have to walk at all. There is very little easy skiing however and the runs back to the resort would not suit beginners at all, or even early intermediates.
Lovely welcoming family run hotel, with good sized bedroom & superb Sauna, Steam Room & rest area.
Breakfast was the best & good dinner in the adjacent Stübl but times were either 6.30 or 8pm, as seemingly all Serfaus restaurants.
Extremely good location for ski lifts, Ubahn & bus stop from Landeck (regular service to train).
Ski lockers at Bacher Sport, free to Hotel guests, large & v convenient. Excellent Ski Hire there too.

The apartment we had is the smallest in the building. Nonetheless, amenities, quality of furnishings and infrastructure are great - everything you need. Despite being street side it was quiet. Schalber family invested in high quality materials. Access to sauna, steambath is an added benefit. There is parking only 2 minutes walk from the property. 1 minute walk to the underground subway. Host (Mrs. Schalber) was helpful, kind and accessible when we had a question or concern.
Everything was fine, verry nice hotel. But the stay was too expensive given the situation. We have been in other ski-villages in other 4* hotels that where as good as this one but for 3/4 of the prise AND breakfast and diner included.
We loved staying here, excellent summer activities available & the Family pass through the accommodation made it great value for money. lovely breakfast facilities too. Sauna facilities were fabulous.
