I would call Penz West a hidden gem. We stayed at the hotel with friends the night we got into Innsbruck before heading for holiday in the Dolomites. We stayed there again when flying out after that.
The staff was courteous, and customer service focused. They checked us in quickly so we could get to our rooms after a long day. Food at the restaurant was great with the best apple struedel we had during our time in Austria. Breakfast was wonderful as well, and the staff even started it early the day we flew out so we could eat before leaving.
Rooms were comfortable and roomy. Lastly, it's a 5 minute walk to the airport.
We will stay there again.
