The location of the hotel & hotel facilities were spot on. Bus stop on the doorstep & easy transport into the center of Innsbruck or to the Patscherkofel mountain slopes. Mini-Mart is around the corner & Ski rental shop is across the road, both of which are reasonably priced. The room was spacious and comfortable, albeit sometimes a little too warm, with a large en-suite bathroom and a nice balcony which would be very welcome in the summer, though some nice views in Winter.
Adequate sized pool to chill out in after skiing in the mountains, though the water could have been warmer.
Early check-in was nice, though this is usually dependant on check-out of other guests.

In the evening we went to the city by bus, there was no restaurant open in the vicinity. In the end it was a great evening.
