Didn't like anything at all as the host cancelled our stay just 10 minutes before our arrival. Manager who was very aggressive and rude gave some ridiculous explanation.We booked what was offered on booking.com and he was persistent with explanation that room was nor available and I already payed and received confirmation, ridiculous situation,not nice people,they shouldn't be working In hospitality at all.

Made very welcome, took our bags until check in time of 2 pm, which was appreciated so we could begin exploring the beautiful city of Salzburg. Staff friendly and efficient, roof top bar gives a fantastic view, had a cheese platter with our drinks and it was delicious.

We liked everything. We had a very nice room, comfortable beds, amazing view, nice clean bathroom. This hotel is in a very beautiful place. Staff was very nice and polite. We really appreciated that they gave us free train tickets to Salzburg. Good parking. We will definitely come back.
