They had a storage room to store my snowboard and skiing equipment to be kept warm over night and dry. Also the property has a really great sauna and heated pool to relax in after a long cold day on the mountain.

There's a good range of sport facility shops and some local boutique shops.
The town is just the right palce to start a ski holiday or a summer holiday, with a direct cable car to ski slopes, and with an outdoor swimming pool.
The town is surrounded by beautiful trials, from the family easy onse to more advanced up hill trials.

Oetz is a beautiful village with all the amenities (parking, shops, restaurants, cafes) and a lot of walking routes in the most gorgeous natural surroundings you can imagine. Most impressed by flowers everywhere (and three beautiful florist shops). The place is family and animal friendly, peaceful and calm, perfect for rest and relaxation. Easy access to mountains by safe cablecar. Breathtaking vistas. Highly recommended!

Typical little town with lots of sports shops, local food and supermarkets. It is in an excellent location for those who want to travel in the Otzal Valley and other places.
We visited the area in the summer - so much opportunity to enjoy nature and do outdoor activities. We drove to the town of Imst where we hiked and climbed the mountain along the Rosenngartenschlucht all the way up the mountain to the Imst Alpine Coaster.
The next day we returned to ride the Alpine Coaster - in the summer it get busy so if you dont want to wait in line get ther early in the morning
We did a walking route through the wooden bridges and the forest to Piburger See. Nice palce to spend the day. The water were a little cold for us.
The Stuibenfall Umhausen waterfall is 20 minutes away drive - a must-do! Not an easy climb but the view from the top is simply worth the effort.
The Aqua Dome is also worth driving - you can get discount rate if you get there in the evening.

This was a lovely little area/town.
This was a lovely little area/town. Plenty of shops, eating places, etc. and many many walks. A good hop off point for the rest of the valley (main road to Obergurgl) and Area 47 (adrenaline experience - white water rafting, climbing, water park, etc.) just down the road. Also not far from Innsbruck.

To be fair Oetz by itself is a very small town.
To be fair Oetz by itself is a very small town. There are some nice restaurants there. We mainly used it as our sleeping base to access other areas of the Otz valley. Honestly, in retrospect I'd prefer sleeping in Soelden instead as most of the attractions that were relevant to us were in Soelden or nearby. Soelden is also a slightly bigger town that Oetz. We ate twice at the Cafe Heiner, there was great vibes there and live music on one of the nights. The food was also very good. Besides that the town is very close to the Piburger lake which we enjoyed visiting.

The hotel is brand new, very cosy design, very well equipped, It is located in the middle of the town. Oposite there is a supermarket, and next a bakery. The room is spacious with everything that a couple needs to spend few days in Tirol. The terrace and the spa area are highlights. Gret view and nice selection of wines and other beverages to spend a quiet evening under the stars. really excellent choice, for sure i will go back.
The place is amazing, near many great activities in Oetz area. Comfortable 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms - excellent for family of four. There's 3 huge tvs, dining table, a fridge and all what's needed for few days stay.
The manager, Harry, is just perfect. Every question we had anything at all he was there to help us.
Excellent format - the hotel consists of several small houses and a park in between. Lots of space to play for children. Quite good and various breakfast, excellent location, easy to find, big free parking.
We loved the concept of the hotel. Everything was thought over.
Perfect location in Oetz, even with public transportation we could get to anywhere we wanted.
