Everything about the property and our experience in Niedernsill and the Zell am See region was perfect! To start, Petra was an incredible host. Extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. She offered to pick us up by car when she heard we were coming by train, and helped us understand the various transportatnion options between Niedernsill and the nearby ski resorts. It's very easy to get from Niedernsill for free by bus or train to go skiing at places such as Kitzsteihorn (Kaprun) and Schmittenhohe (Zell am See). The property itself was very clean, spacious had everything you would need (including a nicely stocked kitchen). The location was perfect for us - set back from the village centre so we had space and nice sweeping views of the valley and nearby mountains (but still easy enough to get to the train station, grocery stores, etc.). Would highly recommend this for either a couple or family.

I liked that the village Niedernsil is located close to several ski resorts. So it is easily possible to visit each day different location, either by car, skibus or ski train (local train to Zell an See is free of charge for skiers). So it is possible to ski at Kaprun / Kitzsteinhorn, Zell am See, Bramberg, Weissee ski resorts etc.
It is also easy to visit Kitzbuhel if the visitors want to see the Hanenkammrennen!
It was very nice accommodation, at really good place. We visited it on group of 6 people and size of the house was more than enough. The biggest plus was facilities as kitchen which is prepared if you want cook something, in two rooms are TV’s and if you’re going here at winter, than before main door u have small space with lock for skis or snowboards.
For this price it was really nice place to stay, so I would recommend it if want some more traditional but still modern and don’t need maximum luxury from hotels :)
Was an amazing stay. I would say Niedernsill is an insider tip for families with small kids. Much cheaper skiing and much calmer. And if you have the chance to stay at this site, you will find a fully equipped charming house right next to the ski slope and plenty of toys for your kiddies. But best is the warm and friendly welcome from the host. Thank you.
Tipp: Don't forget to reserve at a restaurant if you want to lunch or dinner. I suggest at Kröll in Niedernsill.
