From the moment I arrived, Nina, the hostess (whose family owns the hotel) was so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and although English is not her first language she made such an effort and spoke so well to me. I felt welcomed and like I had a home away from home. I caught a cold while in Neunkirchen and felt pretty miserable and was missing my husband! Nina's beautiful Pumpkin soup was the most nourishiing delicious perfect tonic I needed during that time!
On one occassion I had asked Thomas (Nina's husband) to book me a taxi - in his busyness he forgot so when I went to wait for the taxi it didn't arrive - he felt so bad he told me to jump in his car and he took me to my destination himself!!
Brilliant service, wonderful spacious, clean and well appointed room, great breakfasts and lovely hosts all made for a 'home' I want to go back to!

We liked the flat, it was clean and comfortable.
Train station is close, nature park is close.
The actual bus to the Christmas Market was picking us up 2 min walk away from the flat.

The kids loved the apartment, it was really nice and clean. The owner was very kind also explained everything properly detailed. We could park front of the entrance. It was easy to take the luggage to the apartment. Our bed (bedroom) was very comfortable. The other sofa was also OK for a night sleep. Our friends did not complain the comfortability. We used the kitchen, almost everything was there what could be needed. The refrigerator is big. There was lot of cooling space for our food, this is also very nice.

I was there to work so didn't need lots of tourist attractions etc. It was perfect, enough to see, a great helpful pharmacist (I got a cold while I was there). I stayed and the wonderful warm friendly family hotel Hotel Restaurant Oesterbauer.
