Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. Dinner menu is wide: you can choose meat, fish or vegan dishes. The food is lovingly prepared, like in good restaurants. Plenty of vegetables. Large spa area at no extra cost. Hotel is in an excellent location for walking biking and exploring the area we went in July 24 , our room was very clean and the views of the mountains were breathtaking, would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Bernadette on reception is outstanding and couldn’t have been more helpful.

We love our stay there. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Location is perfectly located, 30 mins drive from the glaciar, 20 mins drive for Serfaus or Italy. If you travel with public transport, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel, which also provided you with a free bus card. There are many hiking and biking paths starting in Prutz, some rental bikes are available as well. The valley is simply beautiful. The hotel is very comfortable, going into the pool after hiking or biking is amazing. The place is very clean. Dinner was delicious, we stayed for 8 nights and everyday were different options for the dinner, dinner was also carefully presented. The bar also offers many options and our barman was very friendly as well.

Ladis is great. Very quiete place and still having all you need from bus-stop to groccery and bank. It takes a bit of time to get Fiss but you enjoy much more peaceful neigbourhood with a number of trails and attractions as well.

Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is an ideal place for families. There are many activities for children in the cities and the mountains. Every place, even the higher parts of the mountains, can be reached by cable car or on foot / bicycle using comfortable roads. This place is made for easy tourism rather than wildlife exploration.
There are few non-hotel restaurants in Ladis. Usually, you should reserve a table in them in advance to avoid problems with the availability of seats.

Good atmosphere in evening at ice rink in Ladis - family friendly and heated outside area with drinks. Close proximity to ski lift and family friendly ski area especially for young children. Ski lift staff really accommodating with prams. Indoor free soft play area at Bertas Kinderland lift station - perfect for young children and nursery slopes just outside suited well for toddlers. Few restaurants or shops in the area.

All very good, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, excellent quality and quantity of dinner (half board).
Good, frequent and easy transport in front of hotel to the ski lift with very kind and accommodating driver.
Restaurant personnel very good and friendly and in between them plenty of language skills to communicate with everybody. Reception struggles a bit with English but other personnel willing to help.
Ski pass can be bought in hotel which is a nice time saver.
Overall excellent experience and will return.

Convenient and quiet location with a nice view of the surrounding montains; the skibus stops in front of the house, on foot it takes 10min to reach the cable car connecting Ladis and Fiss; and the grocery store is in 3min walk from the house (there is a shortcut I was shown right after I checked in). My apartment was spacious and conneted to the large common terrace of the house. The owners were nice and helpful, and the house feels very family-friendly.
