The cottage was wonderful inside and out. Facilities and kitchen utensils were really good quality and everything we needed was there. The host was really nice and helpful even without knowing English. Beds were clean and comfortable as were the showers. Local mini supermarket and restaurants were a three minute walk away over a small river opposite the cottage.

Amazing place with great views, swimming pool, good restaurant close to hotel. All receptionists and owners were extremely friendly. Delicious tea was given to us in the room. Kids enjoyed playroom on the ground floor. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Amazing place! We were returning from our summer vacation and decided to stop in Kleinarl to rest from the travel. There is an information centre in Kleinarl, the friendly staff helped which places to visit. Kleinarl has a ski lift that leads to the walkways on the mountain. On the mountain, there is a restaurant with a beautiful view of Kleinarl, an amazing place to rest from walking, great to spend with kids. After visiting the mountain, we went to the beautiful Jagersee lake. We are delighted with the place.

The hotel is situated in a small and beautiful town. There is a wonderful lake just 5km from the hotel.
The hotel staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. Our room was very big with a great little balcony and a great view. Although we didn't use the kitchen it was very well equipped. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel is very catered to families with a ping pong table, a small heated pool and a play room
The spa was nicer than we expected. The swimming pool was refreshing without being too cold. We also appreciated the ski depot downstairs where we could store all of our ski equipment. Our apartment accommodated four people comfortably, with two queen beds, a sofa, a kitchenette, and a table. The hotel is within walking distance to the nearest ski lift, which is a plus, but not ski-in, ski-out.
The hotel is just amazing. Claudia the owner was so incredibly sweet and attentive. We felt so welcome at well taken care of. The breakfast was fantastic. The pool beautyful and the room big and spacious. We cannot praise the hotel enough!
