We had a great time staying in Elmo apartments! It is located near ski lifts, you can walk to the nearest one (about 400m). There is also ski storage and ski boots warmers in the object. Simone, the host, was very nice and welcoming, all areas were clean. There is an option for breakfast (or halfboard) at the hotel next door which we happily accepted. Prices are affordable, food is fresh and very tasty, staff is very kind.
Wellness area offers finnish and infrared saunas as well as steam bath. There is also a small resting area. It is open from 16:00h. Everything about our stay was a very nice experience.

Very good location. The nearest cable car is just a few hundred meters away. Several restaurants nearby (one excellent one is right across the street). Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfasts were good, the selection wasn't very diverse, but it was more than sufficient for us. Everything was regularly replenished. Eggs made to order. Pleasant wellness area with several types of saunas. Plenty of parking spaces right at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, adequately furnished, and equipped with a small refrigerator. The room also had a balcony with a direct view of the ski slope. Spacious ski storage, where each room had its own locker. We really liked this accommodation and highly recommend it.
Amazing place! We were returning from our summer vacation and decided to stop in Kleinarl to rest from the travel. There is an information centre in Kleinarl, the friendly staff helped which places to visit. Kleinarl has a ski lift that leads to the walkways on the mountain. On the mountain, there is a restaurant with a beautiful view of Kleinarl, an amazing place to rest from walking, great to spend with kids. After visiting the mountain, we went to the beautiful Jagersee lake. We are delighted with the place.

Perfect location with nice views, good parking. Excellent value for money. Comfortable and clean rooms, relaxing sleep, fast WiFi. Very friendly host, explained everything and provided tips and maps for the trips around Kleinarl area. Tasty breakfast. The joint kitchen is useful, as the property is somewhat outside the center of Kleinarl (some 20 minute walk), so you can bring your own food and make your own dinner. You can start some of the hiking tours right from the property.
