The room was huge, and the bed, design, colors, and materials were all very relaxing. The multiple large windows gave us breathtaking views. Breakfast was wonderful--everything homemade, locally produced, and fresh. The family offered to make us something in addition to the extensive breakfast spread. They were patient with our language barrier (we only know rudimentary German at this point). The family are very environmentally conscious. These are great people who have a very special inn. And two very sweet kitties :)

We stayed at Well-Dorado for one night in August as part of a group of 9 heading on a mountaineering trip in the region. We booked 5 rooms, and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, perfect for a short stay before our adventure.
The breakfast was delightful, with a great selection to fuel us for the day ahead. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed.
We couldn't have asked for a better stay—definitely recommend Well-Dorado for anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful place with lots of many amazing walking / skiing opportunities for any age. Kals also has many great dining opportunities where they provide local dishes. Definitely a place to visit if you like being outdoors and in the mountains! :)

Very comfortable property in a non-touristy location at the bottom of Grossglockner Ski Resort - ski bus at the door, lots of winter/summer sports options, friendly community. A well-stocked little supermarket is only a short stroll away and the bakery delivers fresh bread to the apartment each morning according to your order. Georg is a fabulous host; enthusiastically sharing his love and knowledge of the area, and offering us his help when we needed it. We feel like we’ve made a new friend and we look forward to returning to Kals soon!
We liked basically everything! Great location with meadows just outside doors, super friendly stuff, newly refurbished, sound proof rooms. Hotel restaurant open all day with great food :) on top of that hotel is dog friendly!
the property is a typical Alpine House - set in the beautiful mountains of southern Austria. The rooms were clean and fresh and the views from the balcony incredible. Breakfast was tasty and well presented.
