Monika and Sabrina are great Hosts. They helped us with everything, for example when we nodded that there were no frying pan at the apartment they brought us 2 new ones in hour :)

As soon as we stepped foot in the hotel, we were amazed by the warmth and friendliness of the environment and staff. The location is absolutely beautiful, with mountain views all around the hotel. We arrived to the hotel quite late after travelling all day so even when the kitchen was about to close, the manager extended the kitchen times so we could have a family meal. The food was amazing, with a range of traditional dishes that me, my husband and kids all loved. Furthermore, the room was outstanding with a view of the mountains, clean and tidy environment and quite and relaxing surroundings. The manager was lovely to speak to and since we haven't been to Austria in over 10 years, we were a bit lost on what we could do, so the manager gave us recommendations of what there is to do in the area and overall really made sure our stay was extraordinary. I couldn't recommend this hotel more, I would definitely stay again!

This traditional 4-star hotel is only a 5-minute walk away from the centre of Mayrhofen, and a 10-minute walk from the cable cars. A ski bus stop is right outside.

We had a half board service and it was a great decision. Both breakfast and dinner where very good and the service and staff was exceptional.
The outdoor Rooftop swimming pool is a cool experience.
The SPA was excetional, with multiple options, and an internal heated pool.
They have (outdoor) parking and a Ski room, although we kept our ski equipment in a locker at the ski lift which was very efficient.

It is a fantastic property, very close to the ski lift. Breakfast was great and the room was brilliant. The spa facilities are hard to beat. The staff are excellent and friendly

Overall the hotel was ok, my major disappointment was spa area accessibility restrictions…. unless we go naked, we were not allowed to use it. It is not very guest friendly attitude, considering that I as a guest have paid for spa area as well…. I definitely would have chosen a different place to stay

The location of the apartment was perfect for the gondola at gerlos. I also think there are free buses to get to other resorts in the valley.
The apartment was very well set up and comfortable and it was nice that there were some basic things in the cupboard etc
The host was also very friendly.
There wasn’t anything that we particularly didn’t like! It was also very good value for money although we stayed in low season.

This has been one of our best traveling experiences. The location is absoutely amazing with the most beautiful view from the hotel. Rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable, the hotel serves very tasty food and the staff is lovely. We truly hope to be back!
We came late in the evening (10pm) and were welcomed by the hotel owner patiently waiting for us.
Him and his wife were very nice and caring people, available for our every needs.
The scenery is breathtaking, the Zillertal Valley is such a remarkable place.
our family received rest and enjoy. Restaurant and food were delicious. We were easy get to zillertal arena and back. There is sauna and jacuzzi tub in hotel, we will back to this hotel
