The staff are professional, courteous and caring. We unexpectedly had to extend our stay for 30 days due to a family member in the hospital. Over that time period the hotel accomodated us even though it was the holiday season and they were almost at full capacity. They always checked to see if we needed anything from housekeeping, the restaurant, the receptionists to the owner. The breakfast was always fresh and if there wasn't something out you needed they were quick to provide it. The location is excellent right in Old Town near everything. The rooms were cleaned to perfection every day. A boutique hotel with personal service you would not receive in a larger chain.
