The guesthouse is in a remote hamlet with beautiful views. Sadly we were only there for a short time so we did not have time to explore the area but would love to come back. The owner was very welcoming and showed us her animals and barn and machinery. This place is perfect for people who enjoy nature and living off the land.

Variety for breakfast and dinner was excellent. Snacks choices were good. Annika found me a suitable box to ship home ski gear after I was injured. It was a huge weight off my mind and off luggage. 😁 After moving to another lovely hotel in Bad Hofgastein, we recognize just how comfortable and cared for we were at Oberforsthof. Thank you for your kindness!
Very nice, spacious, and clean room with a large balcony with spectacular views of the vast meadows and mountains. Mrs and Mr Moser are discreet and pleasant owners of the house. Breakfast in the home kitchen, in a very bright and beautiful room, is excellent. There was a parking space in front of the house. The village of Goldegg is very beautiful, there is also a castle where there are cultural events. There is also a café in the castle.
The location and the view are wonderful and the hosts are very welcoming and extremely friendly. The stars and moon at night make evening walks up from Goldegg a pleasure. The breakfast was very filling, and delicious.
We enjoyed the stay at Bergschlossl in Goldegg. Serene and quiet location. Host is very polite and the place is very clean. New and well maintained appliances, kitchen utensils, furniture.
Very kind and helpful service. Good location as a base for skiing in the Ski Amade resort. The hotel is very cozy and atmospheric. We sincerely recommend it.
