The place is hard to reach, definitely recommend at least a city SUV to drive up comfortably. But the view is amazing and the nearby cows are cute. The place is well kitted for a long rest, and cooking. The owner is friendly cheerful, helpful and respectful. Can't wait to return here.

This was our third stay here - and we like it more and more every time. Everything is great - comfortable and cozy rooms, cleanliness of the entire facility, tasty food (especially dinners after the change are even better), wonderful and helpful owners, beautiful and quiet area. We are going to return there as long as possible.

The location is extraordinary just like the food. We had a great few days at the hotel.

Lovely place. Safe to park the car. Nice log fire. Comfy bed. Friendly host. Highly recommend. Shame we only stayed for 1 night.

Reception staff very nice, underground garage and bicycles for rent were fine. The pool was good in bad weather.

Breakfast and dinner was tasteful and ample. Location is perfect to reach 3 ski centers: Gerlitzen, Turrach and BKK. Peter is a really marvellous host. The appartement was really spatious and well-equipped.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, also offered lots of good tips for day trips, sightseeing, best places for dinner etc. also, the room was very nice, roomy and modern. While the weather could've been better, I had a great stay!

The location is exceptional, the panorama was beautiful. The host was very kind. Halfpension was excellent, we had great meals. We can only praise the accomodition.

We were a family of 3 (the child is 6yo), stayed in the smaller apartment. The apartment is located in an old farm house, but is just freshly renovated (that's why only few reviews so far), everything inside looks amazing, I especially liked the style which combines some "rustic" elements with a modern apartment. The sofa where the child slept was large and comfortable (and the bed in the bedroom as well). The host is an incredibly kind and welcoming person. Location: we wanted something remote from a town / village or large roads and at the same time not too far from supermarkets or Ossiacher see. In this respect Little Farm fitted very good - it is very quiet in the night and at the same time is only ca 10 min to Feldkirchen (restaurants, supermarkets etc). The road from Feldkirchen to Kaidern does have some curves, but was still ok also for my 6 year old son. You can do some hiking into a nearby forest directly from the the house (we did that and it was a wonderful walk with lots of Eierschwammerl :-)). The apartment is located above the veterinarian practice and next to it you have stables of horses. I saw some reviews that people were disturbed by the sounds of animals (a rooster was mentioned), but we were somehow not bothered at all. Windows have mosquito nets - you can safely open them without having full house of insects. The shower is a bit small, but everything functioned perfectly well! There's no balcony in the apartment, but there's a small playground in front of the house where you also have a fireplace with benches (we did not use it this time). The playground can be seen directly from the windows of the apartment. Kitchen is perfectly equipped with cooking utensils was well as dishes and glasses - exactly like you see on the apartment's photos (just do not forget to take with you basic things like salt, oil etc).
