We had a half board service and it was a great decision. Both breakfast and dinner where very good and the service and staff was exceptional.
The outdoor Rooftop swimming pool is a cool experience.
The SPA was excetional, with multiple options, and an internal heated pool.
They have (outdoor) parking and a Ski room, although we kept our ski equipment in a locker at the ski lift which was very efficient.

Belvilla have stolen my money and refuse to repay my deposit, we were unable to travel due to the pandemic and advised well before the refund deadline that the Uk was in a national lockdown and international travel banned and yet the still refuse to refund our deposit will never deal with this company again totally dishonest

Simply awesome! The hotel is clean and warm. Food is delicious. Hospitality is great. Location, high in the mountain with lovely views, but car is needed. Bus stop to Zillertal arena right in front of the hotel. Short drive to the other ski areas.
Good location for a skiing adventure close to many different lifts. Very nice family hotel with a friendly atmosphere. Excellent breakfasts and even better dinners!
