The location to the ski resort was incredible. The pool and sauna were amazing. The staff were so friendly and kind and took the time to get to know me, the room was spacious. The breakfast was abundant and had lots of different choices. And the ski room was very convenient.

Small very smart village with very good set up for skiing...
Small very smart village with very good set up for skiing and especially families. Good food options on the slopes but village actually fairly limited for pubs/cafes and pretty quiet in the evenings.
Probably less easy to access by public transport - we flew to Munich and hired a car. Good snow, slopes not too crowded and enough variety for most intermediate skiers. If you live for black runs and mogul fields, look elsewhere!
We had booke the apartment with 2 bedrooms, the apartment was just great! Very modern, Austrian style aprtments with very good beds and nice bathrooms. The living area was perfect too. Only the balkony was very small. But overall it was a great apartment. We also orderd breakfast, and everything you need was included. Parking is for free in their own parking garage.
The location in Fiss is good too, in the middle of the centre, and just a little walk to slopes and gondolas.
And the owners are very friendly!
The hostess is very friendly and always happy to help, our apartment had all facilities necessary and a very beautiful view over the valley and mountains. The location is also perfect - at a couple of minutes walking distance from the locker complex and ski lifts in Fiss, allowing very quick entrance to the whole Serfaus - Fiss - Ladis skiing area!
Everything here was thoughtful, every detail put with a purpose - colors, scents, designs.
