Service was above any expectations, the hotel is actually operated by the owner family who are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cousy and well equipped. SPA area clean covenient and not crowded. Everything and everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Food was very good especially dinner. We liked the stay a lot and would easily recommend to anyone wanting to stay in an authentic Austrian hotel.

Very nice, cozy and family hotel. It is easy to get to the ski lift, ski buses stop near the hotel. You can ski back almost to the hotel. There is a private free parking. Very good room for storing skis and boots! Here you put on warm boots every morning, and everyone knows how wonderful it is! Very good, tasty and varied food! We had half board and we were very pleased! Our best recommendations! Come, you will not regret it!

This is just an amazing place to spend your winter holidays! It has everything you need and even more.
Parking: just in front of the hotel, there is a big parking spot, that will fit any size of your car.
Skiing: a free bus regularly drives to a ski resort. Bus stop just in front of the hotel! (very good). Ski room on the first floor.
Rooms: big room, with new beds and very comfy pillows.
SPA: all guests have access to the SPA area. What is in? You will have access to a dry sauna (95-100 degrees and you can pour some water on the stones to increase humidity), steam room, cold plunge, jacuzzi, and a big relaxation area.
Separately I want to talk about the dining experience, the restaurant is pushing the whole experience of stay to another level! Different dining menus, that change daily, great breakfast selection, and tasty foods! We do really enjoy every meal we taste here.

Excellent, comfortable, healthy food and healthy sleep. Spa was great. Franz, Nina, Matthias and one lady serving breakfast were outstanding.
This traditional 4-star hotel is only a 5-minute walk away from the centre of Mayrhofen, and a 10-minute walk from the cable cars. A ski bus stop is right outside.

We enjoyed the opportunity to visit different valleys around Finkenberg depending on the weather. Heavy cloud, rain (and snow above 2000m) prevented us going very high, but the forests and river walks were beautiful.

Superbly convenient location for skiing. But Mayrhofen is only a 9 minutes' bus ride away, and it is itself directedly connected to the skiing area by two big cable cars, so staying there is a serious, realistic option.

I was staying in Hotel Neuwirt during my short stay in Finkenberg. The overall standard of the hotel and the service of the stuff were very satisfying. I can recommend stay there to all travelers. :)
The room was very comfortable in very way, clean as well. Unfortunately I had stayed only one night before I started the Berliner Höhenweg trekking so I could not have enjoyed the hotel into its full potential. But I imagine the longer stays are as comfortable as one-night stay if not more :)
The pension is situated in the heart of Finkenberg and has an authentic experience. My room boasted wooden floors, a vintage cabinet, and iron curtain hangers, all around 50 years old yet retaining their charm. The room offered a comfortable bed and chairs. The ski room was conveniently located near the parking area. Breakfast was traditional and high-quality, featuring eggs, cheese, ham, muesli, and coffee/tea. Rosenegg epitomizes Finkenberg hospitality, ensuring a memorable stay.
