We had a fantastic 7 night stay here and would love to come back. As a family of two couples and an 18 month old baby, the place was perfectly suited to us and was very spacious, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was very well equipped and more than expected. They provided a cot, high chair and a small play area with toys for our son. He was also able to play outside with the many toys, and they also had a sandpit and trampoline.
We were only meant to stay for 6 nights, but due to a 1 in 100 year snow event (rare for September) with more than 60cm of snow the day we were meant to leave and blocking the roads, they allowed us to stay an extra night free of charge. Truly kind and hospitable hosts and we are so thankful.

This locality is the "snow corner of the Tiro" - it has snow in the valley when other resorts don't. The landscape and the village environments are beautiful and relatively without commercial architecture.
The main ski-resort is brilliant - linked to Saalbach - Hin and also family friendly; Go to fantastic InterSport Gunther in the Fieberbrunn town for best value ski hire and apparel.
Nearby St Jakob Buchansteinwand small ski area is great for learning and families and excellent value - get ski hire at the lift for best value. It has a family theme park and wonderful langlauf and touring territory as well as the Jakobskreutz - A massive "Cross" building on top of the Buchenstand mountain that can be seen for miles.

1) The bill from the hotel does not show the bid price from booking.com. You have to add different items. I got the bid price finally. The billing should be improved for an easy check.
2)Coronavirus disease
In Tirol is since February the coronavirus disease. My information is, that in our hotel no guest has had the disease. When we left Austria on March 14, we were asked from the German government to go in a two-week quarantine.
I would be helpful for us to know if there was a guest with coronavirus disease in the hotel during our stay or a week before. Please take the strong position from Booking.com to get this information. This information is important for the assessment, if we have the disease

Extremely comfortable , spacious modern apartment. Self contained kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso pod machine. Smart TV in bedroom so could watch movies /series in bed after a day skiing! On-site parking, either walk to gondola or short drive. Highly recommend

Exceptionally friendly and professional staff. Quirky hotel and it was lovely having breakfast with our dog on the outside patio. There was also a nice riverside walk just outside.
