ONE OF THE BEST REASONS FOR A VISIT IN ENNS:
ONE OF THE BEST REASONS FOR A VISIT IN ENNS:
The "Hotel zum Goldenen Schiff" is not only the 1st hotel on the square but also offers - with a large distance - the best price-performance ratio both in terms of accommodation and especially in terms of gastronomy and culinary delights in Austria's oldest city.
The location of the hotel could not be more advantageous. Situated directly on the historical main square with a view of a historical and listed town square, which is unique in Austria, it is the ideal starting point for cyclists, culture enthusiasts, and business travelers.
The service is highly motivated, competent, multilingual and cosmopolitan, as well as of selected courtesy and friendliness.
The individual rooms are individually designed by architects to be aesthetically pleasing and well-thought-out, and provide guests with the highest standard of technology.
Although these qualities alone would suffice to award the highest score of 10, the sensational cuisine of the Golden Ship Hotel must be mentioned separately and explicitly. Without exaggeration, I ate the best Parasol mushroom (sauteed) of my life during my last stay. From the heavenly pea puree to incredibly crunchy beans and rounded off with a hint of dried blueberries not to mention. A culinary revelation!
Although there would be other restaurants in Enns, my way (and that of my friends and business partners) always led me straight to the "Hotel zum Goldenen Schiff".
Because if you have the choice, why not choose the best?)
And for me, the best thing in Enns is the "Hotel zum Goldenen Schiff"!
The owners of the hotel are really nice, friendly and ready to help you in any situation. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The food was excellent. I totally recommend the hotel and we would certainly go back.
Excellent place, in really centre of Enns. Apartman is really new and nice. Everything fits perfectly and the garden is amazing! Really appreciated also the behaviour of the owners. We looking forward to returning back in future!
The pizza in the restaurant was nice, it did seem they were more focused on the restaurant than the hotel. I would recommend the restaurant, but not so much the hotel. The waitress was nice
