A nice quiet country town, a good location outside the city, and no parking problems. Amazing view of the mountains. The hotel restaurant served us faithfully throughout our stay to our satisfaction and hunger.
Enjoyable hiking in the countryside, a bit of a mosquito problem in the evening and at night may be due to the countryside, cows, sheep, and pasture.
The location is midway between Salzburg and Innsbruck, close to the German border and an hour and 15 minutes drive from Munich airport. 5 minutes from Kufstein.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed in an apartment in Ebbs for three days and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, and modern and had all the necessary amenities. The location was excellent, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and close to Kufstein. Overall, a great experience and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kufstein.
Definitely the best hotel during our trip! Everything was perfect! So kind reception, the room was big and clean, and breakfast was delicious. We spend only two nights but if we can return we will go back to this place. The sauna is an extra added advantage. The bed was really comfortable! The view from the room was outstanding. The breakfast was so good, so nice, it was a lovely time eating breakfast in this place. The crew was so so nice, and helpful! I'll miss this place!!!
Pension Apartment Hödner is located right at the main regional road, at the outskirts of a lovely tyrolean village Ebbs, in the Inn river valley. The owners are very welcoming, easygoing and helpful. The rooms are cosy, tidy and well equipped, with very comfortable beds. There is a small kitchen available for the guests, where you can prepare meals. The best thing however, is the view - the Zahmer Kaiser mountain!
We never arrived to the hotel, as we couldn't find it. We call the reception way before closing hours and they never picked up the phone! We were left alone on the mountain with a 3 years old kid... After they send us a whats app like if nothing have happened and we never got the change to recover our money!!! Unbelievably bad arrange and bad service!!!
Beautiful hotel in small town Ebbs! There are no words to describe how nice and lovely is this hotel.
And best of all is family that runs hotel! Such a nice family that we felt like home. Room, backyard, food , servise… everything was so beautiful that we are already planing to come back.

Nice and clean hotel right next to the mountains. Personel was very helpful, even made us a dinner 15 minutes after closing time of restaurant. Very good and rich breakfast.
