The hotel has a beautiful exterior and interior, the hotel exudes warmth, cleanliness, and friendly staff. The owner and hostess are very friendly. The food is very tasty, plentiful, and the breakfast is varied and perfect, the parking lot is huge right in front of the hotel. I would like to praise Borkica and Jelica, who are very kind, hardworking, pleasant and helped us a lot.

There are two halves here. The updated part and the older part. I suspect the newer part is more expensive but you may find the older blocks a little spartan. The restaurant for my evening meal was great. Parking is plentiful although you may initially compete with bar and restaurant guests if you arrive at lunch or evening meal times. By the end of the day I’m sure you’ll get a parking place. The surrounding area is mainly residential so your car is generally safe in the hotel’s parking area. The breakfast, however, is something I’d have only if it’s included in the price. Frankly you’re better off strolling off to Billa across the road and grabbing something for your onward journey.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel's location near the public bus station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff was extremely helpful, providing us with guidance on the must-visit spots in Salzburg.
