Amazing pool and spa area, 10/10. Lots of sports activities to do, the hotel also organises events outside of the property, like rafting, mountain biking, etc. Breakfast was superb. The location is nice and calm, fresh mountain air. 10m drive to the beautiful lake.

Please don't book this chalet. The towels in the room smell musty, and more than one person reported it on Google Maps. The sheets and quilts have hair and smell, and unfortunately I got red spots on my body the next day. The toilet and bathroom are shared, and the owner was smart not to indicate it on the website, which made many people misunderstand and book here. The attitude of the owner is the worst I have ever seen. Do not follow their online check in, I strongly recommend you to see the room first before making a decision. The owner will video call you without any preparation and tell you very rudely how to use your room. If you really want to stay here, be sure to read the reviews on the website first! Here is only worth the price of a youth hostel!

Nikki and Danny are the best! They make you feel at home the first minute you drive up to the house.
Place is centrally located and there is a lot to do in the environment. Nikki can tell you everything about all the best places to go to. Where to eat and what to avoid. Even a daily weather forecast!

Danny even came to get me from the super market when a short storm came over. (I was on foot). What a service!
The appartment was well equipped and clean.

Perfect location, great hosts, kitchen stove broke but they fixed it for us the next day straight. the first night when it broke they took out pots and helped us finish cooking the pasta we wanted to it even though we arrived late at night. The whole bedroom and bathroom were recently refurbished, it was in excellent condition. I loved everything about it. :))
We rode up to Edelweisspitze the next day, it was a great location the main closed road section being close to us about 10-15min ride.

We choose Alp Haus because of its location at the start of...
We choose Alp Haus because of its location at the start of the Grossglockner Road. The property has plenty of secure parking and like us the owners have classic Volkswagens so we felt that they understood our needs perfectly. The house itself is a tradiional building with flowers on the balconies and a large garden. The flat was very spacious and the views of mountains all around are stunning. There are so many things to do and see within an hours drive and all of the scenery along the way is breathtaking. One of the highlights was driving the car to Bad Fusch which was reccomeneded by the owners. We just didnt have enough time to do everything so we will be coming back next year for a longer stay! We wouls also like to thank Nikki and Danny for being such attentive hosts and making such good suggestions.

Bruck is a perfect location for a holiday.
Bruck is a perfect location for a holiday. Its just outisde famous Zell am See but more of a traditional Austrian village. Its near to everything you would want to see and loads of nature things and hiking etc if you want to do that and bike rides - we hired ebikes and cycled up to Bad Fusch which was great!

Close to Kaprun and Zell am See. The area is full with exceptional nature sights, so many gorges, waterfalls, hilltop reservoir lakes. And do not forget the Kitzsteinhorn glacier which makes the area absolutely snowproof for longer skiing holidays, too.

The breakfast and dinner were exellent.
The breakfast and dinner were exellent. The people were very kind and helpfull. I used the Spa and wellness every day and it was very nice. The skibus stops in front of the hotel and brings you in about 15 minutes to the skilift. Next year I come again.

Great hotel stay, with great facilities. Restaurant was nice - made particularly so by Attilla who served our ‘three sprites and a beer’ who was always welcoming and had fantastic English. Reception staff also rescued us from the station when our suitcase wheels broke and we couldn’t get to the hotel.
Easy to find the hotel, flawless checking, parking on the property, a shed for bike storage, and friendly english speaking stuff. Nice view from the balcony. Breakfast was also nice and diverse.
