Great location, private parking, modern reception, and common space with multiple facilities for the guests. colorful and functional design of the rooms. Super breakfast with multiple choices for vegetarians and kids as well. The hotel service was very helpful (the kitchen was closed when we arrived, but the lady from reception warmed up our pizza and brought us plates). The hotel staff speaks several languages, very easy to communicate. Easy late check-in. Many leaf-lets with additional information about activities near hotel.

Coffee and tea were in the kitchen. The bathroom wasn't large but comfortable. The appartment located near to Bleiburg city centre. We would like to thank you for hospitality and warm welcome.
Excellent location, the town is picturesque, surrounded by mountains, however great to cycle around with kids…a public swimming pool or a playground is nearby. The hotel staff ( in particular the receptionist) are excellent, willing and fast. The hotel rooms basic, but good and clean.
Parking is on the street, next to the hotel, so not secured. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was bit limited, but ok. Room is simple but big.
